আমাদের সেলাই প্যাটার্নগুলো ডিজিটাল হওয়ায় সব বিক্রয় চূড়ান্ত।

একবার ফাইল ডাউনলোড বা অ্যাক্সেস করলে কোনো রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ দেওয়া হবে না।

যদি কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন:

• ভুল ফাইল পেয়ে থাকেন

• ফাইল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়

• ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়

তাহলে ক্রয়ের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন: romspattern@gmail.com
আমরা সমস্যার সমাধান করব অথবা সঠিক ফাইল পুনরায় পাঠিয়ে দেব।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট:

• ভুল সাইজ, ডুপ্লিকেট ক্রয় বা ব্যবহারকারীর ভুলের কারণে কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না

• অর্ডার সম্পূর্ণ করার আগে সবসময় পণ্যের বিবরণ ভালোভাবে দেখে নিন

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our sewing patterns.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a problem:
- Received the wrong file  
- File is corrupted  
- Delivery failed

Please contact romspattern@gmail.com within 48 hours. We’ll resolve the issue or re-send the correct file.

Important Notes:
- No refunds for wrong size, duplicate purchase, or user error  
- Always check product details before completing your order
